Bottleneck Shift: From Code to Organization
🚧 This section is under development.
The traditional software team's bottleneck lies at the execution layer: code is not written fast enough, and feature delivery cannot keep pace with demand. After Agents eliminate the execution bottleneck, new bottlenecks emerge at the organizational layer. Review queues pile up, and reviewer time becomes a scarce resource. Deployment windows are designed for the human pace, and twice-a-day release frequency cannot handle Agent output speed. Cross-team coordination still depends on meetings and documents, and the Agent's output speed amplifies the cost of coordination delays many times over. Requirements decomposition granularity cannot keep up with how fast Agents consume work, and product managers become the new bottleneck. The common root cause of all these problems: the execution layer accelerated, but the organizational layer above it did not change to match.
